P.U.L.S.E. is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers to support the people of Skelmersdale and surrounding areas.
We are located on the ground floor of the Concourse shopping centre, with easy access for disabled people.
We recognised that there was no central point for people with debilitating and often “invisible” illnesses, depression and anxiety in our area providing information, the opportunity for companionship and sign posting to different organisations and groups.
