About Us
P.U.L.S.E. is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers to support the people of Skelmersdale and surrounding areas.
We are located on the ground floor of the Concourse shopping centre, with easy access for disabled people.
We recognised that there was no central point for people with debilitating and often “invisible” illnesses in our area providing information, the opportunity for companionship and sign posting to different organisations and groups.
The idea started as an acorn and has grown onto an oak tree which is still growing as other organisations have realised the potential to use our space to support the people who need their help.
